Cover: Localization of Cy3-AdlacZ. Primary HAE cells were incubated with Cy3-labeled AdlacZ on the apical surface after treatment with vehicle, 10 mM EGTA, or 30 mM C10. Cultures were washed with PBS, and labeled vector was localized by confocal microscopy.
