Cover: SOD alters the patterns of TUNEL reactivity observed in cells treated with SIN-1. A wound was created in a confluent culture and cells were allowed to repopulate for 16 h before treatment (top panel) with 1 mM SIN-1 (bottom panel), 1,000 U/ml SOD, or SIN-1 in the presence of SOD (middle panel) for an additional 16 h.
